Description
Our spacious 3 bed/2 bath villa is situated in the peaceful community of Eagle Pointe, Kissimmee, which is just off Poinciana Boulevard. It is set on the edge of a beautiful, tranquil lake (with no rear neighbours) where you can relax and watch the wildlife or maybe you would like to try a spot of fishing. Disney World is only 12 minutes away and Highway 192 with its many attractions, restaurants, shops and golf, including a large 24-hour Wal-Mart store is only a few minutes drive away.

| Lounge | On entering our villa you will find a lovely, tastefully decorated lounge/dining room with elegant widow drapes, large sofa bed, matching armchair, glass coffee table, lamp stand and glass dining table seating 6 people should you decide to dine in occasionally. |
| Family Room | Our beautiful, spacious family room is tastefully furnished with 3 seat and 2 seat settees lamp stand, stereo with cd and cassette player, dvd/video player with selection of dvd's and videos and cable tv. We also have internet access for those who bring their own laptops. This is where you can unwind and chill out after a hectic day at the parks. There is also a lovely view of the pool and lake through the patio doors in the family room. |
| Bedroom 1 | The master bedroom with King size bed comes with en-suite facilities, including corner bath, walk in shower and seperate toilet and twin vanities. It also includes a walk-in-closet, Two nightstands with lamps, clock radio, dresser, ceiling fan and cable tv. There is a lovely view of the pool and the lake through the patio doors giving access to the pool. |
| Bedroom 2 | The Queen bedroom is tastefully decorated with Queen size bed, nightstand with lamp, dresser, walk-in closet, ceiling fan and has cable tv, the Queen bedroom shares a bathroom with the third (twin) bedroom. |
| Bedroom 3 | The twin bedroom is bright and airy and is furnished with twin single beds, walk-in closet, dresser, ceiling fan and shares the bathroom with the Queen Bedroom. Views of the pool and conserveation can been seen from this room. |
| Bathrooms | The Master ensuite features include a corner bath, shower and separate wc and twin vanity unit. The family bathroom has a bath/overhead shower, sink and w.c. |
| Kitchen | The large open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you could need including fridge freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, crockery, cutlery, everything to make it your home from home. There is also a dining table with 6 chairs in the breakfast nook. Leading off the Kitchen is a separate laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. The kitchen overlooks the family room. |
| Utility Room | In the utility room you will find the washer & dryer, ironing board & iron. This also leads to the garage. |
| Pool | The South facing pool has a covered lanai and overlooks a beautiful private lake and conservation area where you can relax on the comfortable chairs and loungers and watch the wildlife. The pool can be heated as an option. |

Booking Notes
If you wish to make a reservation please email us for a booking form. A deposit of £200 per week booked is required. If your booking is less than ten weeks away we would require payment in full at the time of booking.
Rental Rates
All rates are inclusive of Florida taxes and end of stay clean.
Stays of less than 7 nights incur a cleaning fee of £40/US$65
Pool heating rates: £14/US$22 per day, £95/US$150 per week
