| Utility Room | The laundry facilities are located in the garage and include a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. You can pack the bare minimum and there is no need to take home dirty laundry! |
| Pool | The large private pool is west facing with a large deck that is block paved. There is a covered lanai with offers valuable shade when you want it. A relaxing place to spend some quiet time with west facing views. A table and chairs plus loungers can be found around the pool deck. |

High Grove is ideal for dining along US27 (Chilis, Santa Fe to name a few) The US192 has a variety of restaurants, Long Horn, Olive Garden, Houlihans. Grocery stores (Wal-mart, Winn Dixie & Publix) are all close by.

Discount given to stays of 3 weeks or more. Prices inclusive of Florida Tax. Deposit of $100 per week required with balance due 8 weeks before arrival. Security deposit will be required.
