Welcome to our luxury pool home in the quiet area of Bridgewater at Town Center. Our spacious, privately-owned villa can be your base for an unforgettable vacation in the sun. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate living areas which can accommodate up to 10 in comfort.
How better to relax after a busy day in the parks than in our lovely villa with large deck and pool, enjoying an uninterrupted lake view?
With our villa you are guaranteed spectacular, uninterrupted views over the beautiful Town Center Lake.
All the attractions of Central Florida are within easy reach - Disney World is just 10 minutes away, while the Universal Theme Parks, Sea World and International Drive are 25 minutes away.
Close to the entrance of Bridgewater is a gas station with convenience store, take-out food, DVD/video rental and newspapers (US and UK). There is a bank with cashpoint, Publix Supermarket, a pharmacy, a Chilis restaurant, a pizzeria, a Chinese restaurant and a 24-hour McDonalds nearby at Champions Gate.
There are dozens of golf courses within easy reach, including the beautiful championship courses of Champions Gate (designed by Greg Norman) and Reunion (designed by Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus) just 2 minutes away. These are located on the scenic route to Disney through the Old Lake Wilson Preserve on Highway 545.
The main walkways throughout the villa are tiled for practicality while both living areas and bedrooms are carpeted for comfort.
Vaulted ceilings add to the feeling of space and light throughout the villa and the high ledges with subtle, ornate features add character.
The heated, screened pool is much bigger than standard and the large deck area provides plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun.
The most recent additions to the home are the 5-man hot-tub on the deck and the baseball-themed Game Room with an 8ft slate pool table, foosball and air hockey.

| Lounge | Having two living areas offers the ultimate in flexibility and comfort. The Great Room is bright, spacious and carpeted. There is a luxurious leather suite, a large TV, a Playstation 2 (doubles as DVD player) and some games for your enjoyment. |
| Family Room | In the family room there is a corner suite where you can enjoy the stunning lake views. There is a ceiling fan, a TV, a DVD player, a music system and double doors leading out to the deck and covered lanai. |
| Dining Room | The dining table can seat up to eight and a high-chair is provided. |

| Bedroom 2 | The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and a double fitted wardrobe. It is tastefully decorated with an animal theme which continues in the other two bedrooms and bathroom. The Queen bedroom is also equipped with a 15" LCD TV. |
| Bedroom 3 | The animal theme continues in the third bedroom which is a twin room. A double fitted wardrobe is provided. |
| Bedroom 4 | The fourth bedroom is also a twin room. A double fitted wardrobe is provided as well as a selection of games, toys and books for our younger guests. |
| Bathrooms | The en-suite bathroom has a toilet, wash basin, bath and separate walk-in shower. The animal-themed bathroom is fitted with a wash basin, toilet, bath and shower. Linen is provided. |
| Kitchen | The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need on a self-catering holiday. There is a dishwasher, cooker, double fridge freezer, microwave, waste disposal, electric kettle, coffee-maker and blender (for smoothies!) and all kitchen utensils. |
| Utility Room | A separate laundry room is provided which is equipped with a large capacity automatic washing machine, tumble-dryer, iron and ironing board. As you would expect all bedding is provided. There are plenty of towels supplied, including large beach towels. |
| Games Room | The Game Room has a baseball-theme. Here you will find a professional 8ft slate pool table with a pool light and accessories. You will also find high quality Air Hockey and Foosball. Parents can relax with a drink on the bar set while the kids enjoy. |
| Pool | The heated, screened pool is much bigger than standard (30ft)and the large deck area provides plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun. There is a pool fence for safety. The pool, deck, hot-tub and covered lanai enjoy stunning lake views. |
