Amenities
The Silver Creek Community was completed in 2005 and consists of approximately 100 houses of varying sizes, colours and designs. It is surrounded on three sides by conservation land and offers a tranquil setting even though it is only 15 minutes from Disney and other Orlando attractions. The development is managed by a Home Owners Association who ensure the community is maintained to a very high standard including all lawn and landscape maintenance. Local shops (about a 3 minute drive)
