Description
Our luxurious, fully air conditioned, 4 bedroom Floridian home, SilverCreek Villa is specifically designed with all the comforts of a traditional home and equipped with many extras to ensure your stay in Florida is beyond expectation. Not only will you and your family be able to enjoy the delights of our large 30ft pool and relax on our sumptuous sun beds, but our heated spa will help you unwind after a long day at the parks while your young children explore the activities and toys in our kiddies playroom and your teenagers play pool and foosball in the games room.

| Lounge | Lounge/Dining Room is approximately 28ft x 15ft and has been furnished to a high standard with two sofa?s and a single chair that provides views of the pool area or if preferred, relaxed viewing of the cable TV with DVD/CD player. |
| Family Room | The Kids Den is a feature of SilverCreek Villa. It is equipped with a child's table and two small chairs, a number of soft cushions and many different games and toys. Cable TV and a video player are also provided with a number of films for young children. |
| Dining Room | The indoor dining area will comfortably seat 6-8 people in a formal area within the Great Room. For more casual dining the covered Lanai can seat 6-8 in an al-fresco atmosphere which is enhanced by the pool lighting at night. |
| Bedroom 1 | The Master Bedroom are fitted with a Queen size bed, an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower with direct access to the pool deck. Walk-in closet, cable TV and hairdryer is also provided. |
| Bedroom 2 | The second Master Bedroom is fitted with Queen size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with bath and fitted shower. Walk-in closet, cable TV and hairdryers is also provided. |
| Bedroom 3 | The two twin bedrooms each have twin beds, cable TV's and large closets. Both have access to the third bathroom with fitted shower and bath. |

| Bathrooms | SilverCreek Villa has three bathrooms, two are en-suite with either a walk-in shower or a bath with fitted shower. His and her sinks are provided in one of the en-suites. |
| Kitchen | Kitchen and Breakfast Area is adjacent to the lounge and is fully fitted with an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Breakfast table and chairs are provided with plates and cuttlery. |
| Utility Room | There is a utility area off the games room accommodating a fully automatic washing machine and dryer. |
| Games Room | The Games Room has a pool table, foosball and electronic darts. The room has full lighting and is air conditioned. |
| Pool | The 30ft x 15ft pool is adjacent to a covered lanai providing welcome shade from the strong Floridian sun. The spa will accommodate 4 people and like the pool, can be heated for an additional charge. A pool fence is fitted for the safety. |
| Other Info | The Pool and Spa Deck overlooks Conservation Land and from here you see many of Florida?s native bird population including cranes, eagles and vultures. Poolside furniture consists of a large table and eight chairs plus four comfortable sun loungers. |
Amenities
Silver Creek is surrounded by conservation land and offers a tranquil setting even though it is only 15 minutes from Disney and other Orlando attractions. The development is managed by a Home Owners Association who ensure the community is maintained to a very high standard including all lawn and landscape maintenance. Within a 5 minute drive there are a number of shops including a supermarket, post office, pissa place and a local restaurant. Walmart and banks are also very close.
Attractions
Silver Creek is a 15 minute drive to Disney and about 25/35 minutes to Univeral Studios and Sea World. Whilst the local attractions are a great reason to stay at SilverCreek Villa, the Atlantic and Gulf beaches are only 60 and 90 minutes away by car and Busch Gardens is about a 70 minute drive.
Shopping/Dining
Silver Creek is just 5 minutes from a host of shops on the US27 and another 5 minutes in the car will take you to one of the main shopping areas on the US192. A number of large shopping malls and designer warehouse complexes are within a 15/20 minute drive.

Minimum stay is 5 nights and a cleaning charge of $80 is added to any booking of less than 7 nights.
