If you are looking for the perfect place to spend your well deserved vacation then look no further. Celebrations Villa is exactly what you have been looking for.
Ideally situated at the junction of highway 192 and state road 27 around six miles, 10 minutes drive, from the entrance to Walt Disney World, where could be more convienient?
Close to Interstate 4 and the Greeneway toll road (Highway 417), these routes provide excellent access to the airports and all that Orlando has to offer.
There are many restaurants, supermarkets (including a 24 hour Wal Mart) and high quality golf courses close by with the Space coast and Gulf coast beaches within easy driving distance.
Our beautifully furnished, perfectly maintained villa sleeps up to 8 plus an infant, it is fully air conditioned or can be heated if required. It is also equipped with a fully monitored security alarm system for your safety and peace of mind.
Comprising of a light and airy family room, large open plan dining kitchen, four bedrooms all en-suite, two masters with en suite shower rooms, two twins which share an en-suite third bathroom, large screened furnished deck area with pool and spa (that may be heated when required at an extra cost) plus a games room with electronic darts, pool table and air hockey table. | Family Room | The family room is tastefully decorated with ceramic tiled floor and high quality luxury furnishings including comfortable sofas and an armchair with foot stool. Come home from a day in the parks put your feet up and relax in style. |
| Dining Room | Our spacious dining room/kitchen has a large table which extends to seat 8, this is great for special occasions when you all want to eat together such as Christmas Day, Thanksgiving or for a family celebration. |
| Bedroom 1 | Master suite 1 has an ensuite shower room and direct access to the pool via a large patio door. There is an extremely comfortable US king size bed plus 2 night stands, a dresser, built in wardrobe, 21" TV with satellite and a DVD player. |
| Bedroom 2 | Master suite 2 has an ensuite shower room that doubles as a pool bathroom. There is a US queen size bed, 2 night stands, a dresser and a large walk in wardrobe. There is also a 21" TV with satellite plus a DVD player. |
| Bedroom 3 | Bedroom 3 is a large twin room with 2 twin beds a night stand, chest of drawers, large buit in closet and a 13" TV with satellite. This room is linked to bedroom 4 by a Jack and Jill bathroom. |
| Bedroom 4 | Bedroom 4 is a light and airy twin room at the front of the house that is perfect for the kids. It has 2 twin beds, a night stand, chest of drawers, large built in closet plus a 13" TV with a playstaion 2 and a selection of games. |
| Bathrooms | There are 3 bathrooms in total. The master ensuites both have walk in showers, toilets and hand basins. The 3rd bathroom has a toilet, a bath with over bath shower,hand basin and cupboards. All bathrooms have hairdryers, large mirrors and good lighting. |
| Kitchen | The kitchen has every modern convenience including full size cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice making facilities, toaster, coffee maker, blender, electric kettle plus a full range of pots, pans crockery and glassware. |
| Utility Room | The laundry facilities include a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. You can pack the bare minimum and there is no need to take home any dirty laundry! |
| Games Room | The games room contains electonic darts, a pool table and air hockey table. There is also a table and chairs and a fan. This room has proved popular with guests of all ages. |
| Pool | The pool and spa area has a beautiful paved deck with top quality luxury furnishings including a table, 4 reclining chairs, 2 footstools and 4 loungers. Plus the gorgeous pool and spa. There is also a covered lanai which offers shade from heat of the day. |
| Other Info | We provide lots of extras to make our villa the perfect home from home. These include high chair, pushchair, travel cot, wireless internet access as well as local, long distance and international phone calls all free of charge. |
Amenities
Booking Notes
A deposit of £100/$200 per week along with a signed booking form is required to secure your booking. The balance of the payment along with a refundable security deposit of £200/$350 is due 8 weeks before your arrival date.
We have a minimum stay of 3 nights (7 during peak times) Bookings of less than 7 nights will incur a £50/$90 cleaning charge.
Rental Rates
All rates are inclusive of Florida taxes.
Pool and spa heating is extra and charged at a rate of £100/$190 per week September-May or £50/$95 June-August.
