Description
Palm Villa is a luxury fully air-conditioned villa with south facing pool, jacuzzi spa, over looks conservation/nature area, game room and is finished to very high standard to increase your enjoyment and comfort while staying in our beautiful home. As our guest you have full use of the award winning, 24 hour gated Terra Verde Resort facilities, these include a 6,000 sq ft club house with internet café (free internet), fitness room, sauna, spa, lounge with complimentary refreshments and big screen satellite TV, resort sized swimming pool with Tiki Bar, large sunning deck and chaise loungers, fishing lake, basketball, volleyball courts, children's play area with climbing rock, sundries shop, concierge desk and games arcade.
The villa has Two Master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (1 King and 1 Queen), two twin bedrooms and a further bathroom. There are TV's to all the bedrooms and hairdryers in both en-suite bathrooms. In the family room there is cable TV, DVD player, a selection of DVD's and a CD player. The lounge and dining room have luxuriously comfortable furniture and you can eat at the breakfast bar/nook over looking the pool, jacuzzi spa and conservation/nature area or dine in the pleasant dining room.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all up-to-date appliances (microwave, dishwasher, oven/hob etc etc) including a fridge/freezer. All crockery, glassware and cutlery provided.
We provide all towels and linens (included in the price and for use in our home only). There is a large washer and dryer with an iron and ironing board in the laundry room.
There is an illuminated south facing pool and jacuzzi spa with very pleasant views of the conservation/nature area (the pool/spa heating is optional), with a safety screen, loungers, table, chairs and BBQ. There is also a game room with table tennis.

Attractions
The main attractions nearby includes Disney, Universal Studios and Old Town (10 minutes drive away). Sea World and Wet'n Wild are all within 30 minutes drive. Busch Gardens, Cyprus Gardens and Kennedy Space Centre are all within one hours drive. If you love the beaches, Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach and the Gulf beaches are all within one hours drive away.
Shopping/Dining
Restaurants and shopping are all only minutes away (including 24 hour Walmart and shopping malls etc).
Booking Notes
To secure the villa a non-refundable deposit is required and the balance (villa rental less the non-refundable deposit) together with a security deposit is required 12 weeks before your arrival.
Minimum stay is 5 nights.
Rental Rates
The rates are inclusive of Florida taxes. Pool heating is extra at US $175.00 or UK £100.00 per week.
