Palm Trees is a very spacious (larger than most 5 beds) 4 bed villa with a private pool and garden. Palm Trees is off the H27 close to many shops and restaurants. It is 10min from Disney and 5min from Champion's gate golf.
The villa is furnished to the highest standards and very well equiped for upto 10 guests.
The rental costs include full a/c, all linen and towles, WiFi internet and conceirge service, TV in every room, games room, huge four poster bed, gas BBQ, etc.

Attractions
Palm Trees is close to all the theme parks and many golf courses. The villa is only a couple of min. from the Interstate 4 and ideal for travelling around cental and southern Florida. Both the gulf and Atlantic coasts with there beautiful beaches are only 1 to 1.5 hours drive away.
Shopping/Dining
Four Corners is on the H27 which has many new shops and restaraunts. The famous 192 is also only 5 min away. The new Champions gate golf complex is less than 5 min away with a supermarket, restaraunts, DVD hirer etc.
Booking Notes
A deposit of £150 is required to secure your dates with the balance due 8 weeks before your holiday.
Rental Rates
The rates are inclusive of Florida taxes. Pool heating is an extra £75 per week.
