Description
TLC Florida Villa is ideally located for holidaymakers who want to take full advantage of central Florida area. Convenient for all attractions, it is just 15 mins from Disney, 30 mins from Sea World, Universal, 40 mins from the airport and an hour away from both coasts.
It has its own pool with spa and extended decking in huge screened area. It is on a prestigious new gated community, next door to Southern Dunes golf courses. Wal-mart, restaurants and diners in vicinity.
This fully air-conditioned, alarmed villa is sumptuously furnished throughout. There is a 50" HD TV in the living room, PC with internet access (WIFI also available) and PS2 console. All bedrooms have TVs (2 also have DVD) and masses of closet space. All local telephone calls are free and a safe is provided to store valuables. The games room has a full-size pool table and table foosball.
The private pool also has a hot tub/spa. The deck area is huge, allowing plenty of space to enjoy the Florida sunshine and is completely screened to keep insects out. It is child-friendly (safety fence and each of the 3 doors to the pool - from the living room and both master bedrooms - emits a subtle audible alarm when it is opened).
Both master bedrooms have king-size beds, en-suite bathroom, TV and pool access.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds and TV/DVD.
Bedroom 4 (Disney theme) has twin beds and TV/DVD.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large side-by-side fridge with icemaker, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, blender waste disposal etc. The dining area has table and 6 chairs. The counter/breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the living room.
All towels and linen are included. The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival; if you need extra cleaning during your stay, it can be arranged but there will be an extra charge. The property will be cleaned when you leave (just leave it tidy).
