Description
This new, air-conditioned, comfortably furnished villa has 2 master bedrooms (with king size beds) en suite bathrooms, and direct access to the pool deck. The other 2 bedrooms each have 2 single beds. All bedrooms have TVs (cable) and high speed secure wireless internet access is available throughout. TVs in the master bedrooms have DVD players.
The villa has a large fully fitted kitchen including a fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, microwave oven, dishwasher and a wide range of appliances. Adjoining the kitchen is the dining area extending into the front bay seating 8 comfortably.
The family room includes as part of the furnishings a queen size 3 seat sleeper/sofa and a large TV with DVD player and DVDs. It looks out through large sliding doors on to the patio and pool area.
The decking around the enlarged pool/spa has been extended to allow the ample comfortable pool furniture to be arranged all around the pool. There is (optional) pool and spa heating (the combination of gas and solar making for fast heating) so that the pool can be used during the winter months and the spa can be used as a hot tub. The covered patio has a ceiling fan and there is both patio and pool lighting for evening use of the pool.
There is a utility room with washer and tumble dryer. This leads in to the garage which has been professionally converted to a games room with fans and additional lighting for the 7ft pool table, air hockey, Nintendo Wii console (with games), dartboard and box of games & toys.
Please note that smoking is not allowed indoors, but on the pool deck only, and pets are not permitted.

Amenities
There is a fishing pier and boat ramp within our community at Tower Lake. Additional items such as extra high chair, cot or golf clubs can be arranged subject to an additional charge.
Attractions
The villa is only 20 minutes from Disneyworld (avoiding the busy state road 192) and within easy reach of Univeral Studios, Sea World and other major theme parks.
Shopping/Dining
The nearest shops (24 hour opening) and restaurants are within 2 minutes drive. In addition, the first shops in the new prestige development of Posner Park (10 minute drive) have recently opened, and there are many other shops and restaurants within a short drive of the villa.

Minimum stay is 5 nights. An extra cleaning charge is made for stays less than 7 nights.
