This Villa has been fully refurbished and is on the exclusive gated community of Sunset Lakes, only 10 minutes to the Disney Resorts, there is a solar heated swimming pool, a poolside hot tub, Kingsize bed in the master bedroom with spa bath, queensize bed in second bedroom, with twin bed in both the themed bedrooms. There is a games room, a playstation and broadband internet connection. The property is alarmed. The pool area is covered by a lanai to prevent insects invading your time in the pool. The Villa has everything required for self catering. and TV in every room. The Villa is ideal for invalids, and for children there is a high chair and cot. Icemaking Refridgerator, Microwave, Oven,tea and coffee making equipment.
Because it is central you can get to either east or west coast with an hour. It is 30 minutes from Orlando Airport and 1 hour from Sanford.
The residents association try to implement a curfew between 10pm and 8 am, which does not restrict your activities but ensures that guests with children, or guests wanting a quiet holiday can enjoy the site. There is a lake at the bottom of the garden for the fishermen, and golf courses everywhere making it a golfers paradise.
