Built by Great Homes of America (builders of the prestigious Tuscan Ridge), it is superbly furnished to a deluxe standard and would be ideal for a large family or two smaller families to share, being able to accommodate up to 10 adults and has its own private screened pool and spa, and two luxurious master bedroom suites.
Walt Disney World is just a 10 minute drive away, while many of Orlando's other world famous attractions such as Sea World and Universal can be reached with-in 25 minutes. If you like a round of Golf you'll be in heaven staying at our villa. Just a few minutes away is the superb Champions Gate golf club which is comprised of two full size courses designed by Greg Norman and includes the David Leadbetter School of Golf. There are also an additional 20 courses to be found within a 20 mile radius, including many of the best courses not just in Orlando but the whole of Florida and even nationally!
Located just outside the Tuscan Hills community you'll find the nearest bank, petrol station, 24 hour hypermarket, local bars and restaurants, shops, and family attractions all close by. On site facilities include a Mediterranean Style Club House with Gym, Tennis Court, Children's Tot Lot, and Beach Volley Ball Court.
Our luxury villa comes complete with all the expected modern amenities including 4 bedrooms (sleeping space for 10 adults including 2 on the sofa-bed), 3.5 bathrooms (2 en-suite), games room (includes a pool table and table tennis), a fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning and heating through-out, cable television, DVD and a screened pool which can be fully heated (charges apply).

For those who enjoy a more active holiday, Walt Disney World and many of Orlando's world famous attractions are only 10-30 minutes away by car, alternatively if you prefer a little retail therapy, Orlando is home to a large number of malls and retail outlets including Mall at Millenia, Osceola Square Mall, Belz Factory Outlet, Belz Designer Outlet Center, Downtown Disney Marketplace, Church Street Exchange, Market Street at Celebration, West Oaks Mall and Orlando Fashion Square Mall.
