Bev, Bernard, Linda and Chris welcome you to enjoy your vacation in their privately owned executive Florida villa.
Our vacation home constructed in 2003 is situated on the up market community of Countryside at Tuscan Ridge, a beautiful and peaceful community set within orange groves and mature woodlands, there are communal tennis courts and a children's play area, many championship golf courses are nearby including the Greg Norman designed Champions Gate.
Disney World and other attractions are only a 15 minute drive away and it's 35 minutes to Orlando International Airport. This is a perfectly located place to really enjoy all that Florida has to offer, coupled with a peaceful and relaxing vacation location. The best of both worlds awaits you.

Pool Heat £80/$130 per week Booking Deposit £100/$160payable at time of booking Full payment 8 weeks prior to departure Prices include Tax,Gas & electricity £200/$300 refundable security deposit.

Rental Rates
The rates are inclusive of Florida taxes. Pool heating is extra.
