Description
We would love to welcome you and your family to share our dream. After years of visiting Florida with our family we bought our own peice of paradise. Our dream villa was completed at the beginning of 2005. We have furnished our home to a exceptionally high standard providing all the luxury and comfort you would want and need.

| Pool | What can I say about the pool area. The decking has been extended giving plenty of room for the sunworshipers amongst us. The shaded lanai has ceiling fans in case you need to cool down. I think this is the best pool location in Florida. |
Amenities
Cumbrian Lakes is set in an ancient oak reserve, our villa backs onto a lake with conservation at the other side. Local wildlife are often seen from our pool area.
Attractions
Located on Poinciana Boulevard our villa is only 10 minutes from the entrance to Disney and everything wonderful Disney has to offer. Local attractions on highway 192 can be found just 5 minutes drive away.
Shopping/Dining
The vast selection of shops and restaurants can be found a short 5 minute drive away.
Booking Notes
£200.00 booking deposit. Payment in full is required 10 weeks prior to your departure. A security deposit of £200.00 will be added to your final invoice, this is normally returned with a couple of weeks of you leaving the villa as you found it.
eg. Minimum stay is 5 nights.
Rental Rates
The rates are inclusive of Florida taxes. Pool heating is extra.
Pool heating if required is £90.00 per week.
A security deposit is required with final payment, the cost is £200.00 and is returned when yyou arrive back home.
