Welcome to Emerald Gem where guests are our prioity.
We are constantly improving Emerald Gem to ensure all of our guests get maximum enjoyment from their vacation.
The living accommodation is light and spacious throughout and is fully air conditioned with additional ceiling fans in the bedrooms for added comfort at night.
The heated pool and spa back onto lush tropical woodland with ample poolside furniture and a BBQ, the ideal place to relax and unwind at the end of a hectic day.
Located only 5 minuted away from Orlando`s famous attractions Emerald Island Resort is just far enough away to feel like your own tropical hideaway but close enough to walk to many of the excellent restaurants on the popular 192 highway.
All the excitement of Walt Disney World, Seaworld and Universal Studios are just a short drive away, not to mention the great Golf, Shopping and Dining.
For fun in the sun and surf Florida`s spectacular beaches are a leisurely hours drive away.
Everything you might wish to do is easily accessible from Emerald Gem.

| Bedroom 5 | Another Twin Bedded room next to the Master Bedroom so younger children need not be far from mum and dad. This room shares the third Bathroom with the other twin Bedroom. |
| Kitchen | A large open plan Kitchen with Breakfast Table and Chairs, fully fitted with Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker etc. In fact everything you are likely to need. For peace of mind there is a Fire Extinguisher and a First Aid Kit. |

| Other Info | All Bedrooms have the addition of Ceiling Fans for added comfort at night. The Games Room has a floor standing fan. The villa is also equipped with a Highchair, Cot, Pushchair and even a childs Life Vest for the Pool. |
Amenities
The prestigious resort of Emerald Island has a Clubhouse with Concierge,Fitness Room, Sauna,a Communial Pool and Spa and a licenced Tiki Bar. There are Tennis and Volley Ball Courts, a Nature Trail and two Childrens Play Areas. Attraction Tickets are available and both Taxis and a Shuttle Bus service run from the Clubhouse entrance.

Within easy reach are Magic Kingdom, MGM Studios, Amimal Kingdom, Epcot, Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach, Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure,Seaworld & Discovery Cove, Pleasure Island, Downtown Disney, Old Town, many great Golf Courses and several Crazy Golf Courses. Further afield are the Kennedy Space Centre, Busch Gardens, Cypress Gardens, the Everglades and of course the fantastic Beaches.
Shopping/Dining
Highway 192 famous for it`s many attractions, shopping and restaurants is within walking distance of the villa. The local Mall has a Supermarket, Liquor Store a walk in Medical Centre and a number of shops and Diners.
Booking Notes
A deposit of £150 or $250 per week is required to secure a booking. Credit Cards and Pay-Pal are accepted but will carry a 3% handling charge. We do not accept bookings of more than 28 days.
Guests may stay for any number of nights but there will be a final cleaning charge added for any stay of less than 7 days.
Rental Rates
Rates are fully inclusive of all Florida state taxes.
Pool/Spa heat can be paid locally at a daily rate as required.
