Narnia Villa is just minutes away from championship golf courses and all the Disney attractions. Our elegant home is perfect for family groups, sleeping a maximum of 12 guests in over 3,500 square feet of living space.
We have made many upgrades to our Villa to ensure your holiday will be one to remember.

| Bedroom 3 | Master Bedroom 3 is on the ground floor and has a double bed, an ensuite bathroom and closet. |

| Bathrooms | There are 3 ensuite bathrooms and also a family bathroom. The pool has a separate WC and handbasin. All bathrooms have hairdriers. |
| Kitchen | Our kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you may need. Full size side-by-side fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, range and garbage disposal. All utensils and cutlery are provided. |
| Utility Room | The utility room is situated upstairs and has a large capacity washer and dryer. Also included is iron and ironing board. |
| Games Room | The double garage has been converted in the games room with a large pool table, air hockey and a dartboard. A ceiling fan has been added for your comfort. |
| Pool | We have extended both the pool and sundeck to give extra space with plenty of room for sunloungers and chairs. There is also a sparkling spa. Watch the colour-changing fibre-optics by night. There is a child safety fence and alarms to pool doors. |

Amenities
Legacy Park is a new vacation community of upmarket homes with private pools situated very close to Hwy 192 in Kissimmee, just off the US 27 in Davenport. Legacy Park is about 30-40 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport and just over an hours drive from the Gulf and Space coasts.
Attractions
DISNEY!! Only 20 minutes away. Seaworld and Universal Studios are about 30 minutes drive away with Busch Gardens in Tampa about 50 minutes drive.
Shopping/Dining
There are several great Malls in Orlando area to explore. In Davenport, numerous restaurants and shops are opening up with Applebees (a great US restaurant) just down the road. Publix supermarket is 1 mile away.
Booking Notes
A 20% deposit will confirm your booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Bookings made less than 60 days from arrival require full payment. Payments are by bank transfer cheque or Paypal-please add 3.9% for this service.
There is no minimum stay but an extra cleaning charge of £60 will be added to bookings of less than 7 nights.
Rental Rates
The rates are inclusive of Florida taxes. Pool and Spa heat is recommended between November and March and is an additional £16/$30 per night.
