Our home is situated just 2 miles from Championsgate where there is a Publix Supermarket,two garages,a "Chilli's diner as well as a drive in bank. Access to the bustling 192 and International Drive will all its restuarants and shopping could not be easier by using the Old Wilson Road. Just connect on to the I4 at J58 @ Championsgate and the Florida Mall is 20 minutes drive.

All rates are inclusive of Florida and county sales tax. We accept bookings for arrival any day in the week. We accept bookings for two nights and up. We offer discount for stays of three weeks and longer.
Minimum stay is 2 nights.

Bookings are secured upon receipt of non refundable deposit (£100/$190 per week). This deposit will be deducted from your final balance.
The final balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
A Refundable Security deposit of £200/$380 is payable with the final balance.
