Nestled in a peaceful private gated community surrounded by conservation land and with stunning lake views from the private swimming pool and separate luxury Spa/Hot Tub. it is also just 4 miles from Disney World giving easy access to the fun and excitement of the Orlando attractions.
Stunning views from the private swimming pool ensure you will want to spend your evenings relaxing with a drink while watching the spectacular Florida sunsets, while space abounds in our luxury villa with many extra touches to ensure your family will feel right at home.
The luxury accommodation sleeps up to 12 in 5 bedrooms, all offering cable TV. Our TWO Stunning Master Suites both have luxurious en-suites. The first offers a private lakeview balcony while the second has private access to the pool and Spa. Children will love sleeping in our 'Scooby-Doo' bedroom with toys, books and a Playstation 2, there is also a family bathroom, further twin bedroom and a bright double bedroom.
The spacious open plan living areas offer Cable TV/VCR, DVD & CD players, and sliding doors to the swimming pool and lanai. Our kitchen comes equipped with everything you could need for holiday eating and for convenience we have a dishwasher, microwave and waste-disposal. For dining there large dining table and breakfast bar while for convenience a Utility room with washing machine and dryer and also a powder room/wc.
With a tropical climate Florida living is naturally based outside and our spacious lanai (covered patio) and Pool area offer plenty of comfortable furniture for lounging. There is also an electric BBQ for eating al fresco.

The villa has cable TV with over 60 channels, high speed internet access, DVD players, CD player and many luxuries to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Attractions
Villa Santa Cruz is just minutes from all the exciting attractions of Disney World, just 4 miles away - a genuine 10 minute drive and close enough for an afternoon siesta at the villa. Universal Studios and Seaworld are a 20/25 minute drive via the I4, which is just 3 miles away, while the gulf coast beaches are a 1.5 hour drive.
Shopping/Dining
Local shops and restaurants are located on Formosa Plaza, just a mile away with a supermarket, internet cafe, 11 restaurants and take aways. Aproximately 2 miles away is a Super Walmart, open 24 hours a day and a mecca for the bargain hunters. Further afield there are at least 8 major shopping malls offering great savings over UK prices and with over 5000 restaurants in the Orlando area, you are sure to find something nearby to suit every taste and budget.
Booking Notes
Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of completed booking form and deposit of £200. Final balance is due 8 weeks prior to travel. An additional security deposit of £200 is required to be held against loss or damage to our home.
Minimum stay is 5 nights. Stays of less than 7 nights will incur an additional cleaning charge of £50
Rental Rates
The rates are inclusive of Florida taxes. Pool heating is extra.
