Description

This luxury rental villa is located within the 5 star secure gated resort of Windsor Palms in Kissimmee, Florida. Windsor Palms is one of the most sought after rental locations for families staying in Orlando & Kissimmee. Windsor Palms is the closest residential community to Disney and only minutes from all the other major attractions.

Just minutes from the championship Mystic Dunes Golf course and only 2 minutes from the Formosa Gardens shopping village which offers 24 hour supermarkets, restaurants and specialists shops.

With a total area of 2,600 square feet of floor space over 2 floors, the villa is fully air-conditioned with all imaginable extras, comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests (plus cot), ideal for two families sharing. Everything a luxury hotel has to offer and more.

The interior has been finished to a high standard with all possible extras including a large, 51" cinema sized television in the sitting room. Throughout the villa we have Playstation2, DVD players and VCR's, there are 5 televisions in total, the villa receives cable throughout. There is also a mini hi-fi system and portable radio.

Three of the bedrooms are beautifully themed, Disney Princess, Space and American Sports. For children, we provide a cot, high chair, baby monitor and 2 pushchairs (we do not charge any extra for these).

The pool and patio area overlooks a wooded conservation area. There is lots of pool furniture and also a barbecue.

Games Room The villa has a large games room featuring a pool table and air hockey. Perfect for children of all ages.
Pool The villa has its own large, private, screened pool and jacuzzi. Both the pool and jacuzzi are heated and we have a small bathroom directly off the pool area.
Other Info We also provide hairdryers and a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Amenities

Windsor Palms gives guests every possible resort style amenity at their disposal by providing automatic membership for the duration of their stay to use the resort amenities, which include: a clubhouse, large olympic size outdoor pool, whirlpool and spa, separate toddler pool, cinema, fitness centre, video arcade, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, billiard tables, children's play area, picnic and BBQ areas, sundry shop, business facilities, 24 hour gated entrance and a shuttle service to the attractions (small charge for shuttle service).
