Description
This new luxury Villa is now available for bookings. It is only a short drive from the main theme parks and attractions and yet is situated in the beautiful and peaceful conservation area of Crescent Lakes. The Villa is south facing and enjoys rear views of the Lake. Restaurants and shops are minutes away whilst there are woods with cycle tracks to enjoy on the doorstep. Privacy and security are enhanced in that there is only one entrance to this exclusive estate. Our management team are based on the same estate giving you extra reassurance should you encounter any problems. Richard, Lynne, Gerald and Lin would love the opportunity to make your vacation an extra special one.
This is an ideal location for your holiday. This Large villa will sleep up to 16 people and yet provides plenty of space. It has all the facilities you will need for a great vacation as well as being situated only 15 minutes drive from the entrance to Disney World.
THE POOL
Relax and enjoy our large 30? x 15? south facing pool. There is optional heating to maintain the temperature at approximately 84 degrees. Enjoy the integrated, raised 8 person Spa/Jacuzzi. .
THE VILLA
Our executive style villa is furnished to a high standard with full air conditioning for your comfort. Furthermore this villa includes 9 TV?s, (A new large flat screen TV is about to be installed) 2 DVDs, PS2, Stereo, and a large furnished Games Room. Also free wireless internet broadband. Bring your lap top.
FAMILY ROOM - A large south facing room, opening onto the pool with TV, video, DVD and stereo. Seating includes a double sofa bed.
BREAKFAST DINING AREA - At the end of the Family room, agreat place to eat your breakfast and view the pool and the lake.
LARGE KITCHEN ? Fully equipped including a fridge freezer with Ice Maker. From the kitchen you have access to two dining areas.
LARGE FORMAL DINING ROOM - Seating at least 8 people. There are TWO GROUND FLOOR DOUBLE BEDROOMS

Amenities
The villa is in Crescent Lakes which has local shops and playgrounds. There are numerous golf courses within a 15 minute drive including Champions Gate and the Disney Courses.
Attractions
Lakeside Villa is only about 15 minutes drive from the Disney Theme Parks and 10 minutes from Highway 192 with all the shops and restaurants on it. Horse World is only just down the road and Crescent Lakes is also a conservation area so there are plenty of woods and walks and of course Lakes! Fishing is available in the lake behind our villa. It is ideally suited for visits to either coast both are only about 1-1.5 hours away by car.
Shopping/Dining
New shops have recently been built right by the Crescent Lakes entrance. Poinceanna is only 10 minutes drive away with some large stores and Highway 192 is 10 minutes away as well. Take away food can be ordered for delivery direct to the villa.
Booking Notes
If you would like to book, please email me and I will send you a booking form. A deposit of $400 per week is required to confirm your booking. We also take a $400 security deposit which is returned to you after a satisfactory inspect by our management.
Minimum stay is 2 nights but surcharges may apply
Rental Rates
The rates are per day inclusive of Florida taxes and cleaning. Pool heating is extra at $27 per day (minimum $100). NB For visits shorter than 1 week there may be an additional cleaning charge of $150.
You can often start your vacation on any day, not just Saturdays.
