Besides the Theme Parks, Florida has all year round sunshine and an array of top class golf courses, not to mention nightlife, shopping and restaurants are a few minutes drive away from Orange Tree Vacation Rental Villa. If you simply want to get away from it all, a short drive will take you to one of the many idyllic beaches, alternatively.

There are numerous Restaurant facilities along the 192, US 27 and US 50. All are just a short drive away from Orange Tree community.
Booking Notes
Baby Equipment FREE of charge: We have 2 strollers, 2 baby cribs and 2 high chairs. Gas Barbecues are available to hire from our Management Company at a nominal charge.
Minimum stay is 3 nights.
Rental Rates
The prices are per week and are fully inclusive. Pool and spa heat is optional and is charged at £13/$22 per day if requested at the time of booking.
For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods. A security deposit of £100/$170 is due along with the final balance 10 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.
