Silverwood Villa" is our detached 5 bed / 3 bath home with large, private pool on Silver Creek, Clermont. Situated just off HWY 27, north of HWY 192, it is only a 15 min. drive from Disney, and close to all amenities.

Features

Lounge	This is a spacious, open plan room with vaulted ceilings & patio doors leading to the pool area. It contains high quality furniture, comprising matching 3 seater sofa bed, 2 seater sofa & an armchair. There is also a formal dining area with a large wooden table providing seating for 6 people. We also have a large multi-channel cable TV, DVD player, & a CD Mini Hi-Fi system with a selection of films & CD's for your entertainment when you need to take a break from the Theme Parks.
Bedroom 1	Master Bedroom 1 comprises a King Size Bed with matching bedside cabinets with reading lamps, large dresser with multiple drawers and mirror, plus cable TV and clock radio. There is a large his'n'hers walk-in closet with ample hanging space, which also contains a travel cot (crib) with all the necessary cot linen. There is an en-suite bathroom comprising large double size shower with twin seating, wash basin & WC, and for the ladies, there are also hairdryers provided.
Bedroom 2	Master bedroom 2 comprises a Queen Size Bed with matching bedside cabinet with reading lamp, large dresser with multiple drawers and mirror, plus cable TV and a clock radio. There is a closet with ample hanging space and an en-suite bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC.
Bedroom 3	This Bedroom has a double bed plus matching bedside cabinet and reading lamp and also has a double closet with lots of extra hanging space.
Bedroom 4	The first twin room has a " Nemo" theme and consists of 2 single beds with themed bed linen for children, with an optional alternative set of bedding for "grown-ups". This bedroom also has a matching bedside cabinet, reading lamp and large double closet with extra hanging space.
Bedroom 5	This twin room also contains 2 single beds with matching bed linen, chest of drawers, cable TV, PS2 with games, reading lamp, plus closet with hanging space.
Bathrooms	En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with seating in large shower, WC, vanity basin & hairdryer. En-suite bathroom to bedroom 2 with shower, WC, vanity basin & hairdryer. House bathroom with shower over bath, WC, vanity basin and direct access to pool area.
Kitchen	The kitchen is fully equipped with a large cooker with easy to clean ceramic hob and matching built-in microwave. There is a large fridge/freezer, plus all the usual kitchen appliances and all the necessary cutlery and crockery to cater for up to 12 guests. There is also a breakfast nook in the kitchen containing a round, wooden table and 4 chairs, plus a child's high chair. A dishwasher and garbage disposal unit are incorporated for your convenience and there is a utility area within the garage
Games Room	We have a games room within the garage area, with a full size slate bed pool table which can also be converted for table tennis by the addition of a separate table top. An electronic Dart Board and Air Hockey Game complete the facilities.
Pool	We have a private, fully screened, South West facing 30' x 15' pool which has the advantage of opaque double screening on the lower portions & sides for added privacy. For those travelling with young children, a variety of pool inflatables & toys etc. are provided & there is a 4' high fence between the pool & the main building as a safety feature, (removable if not required.) In addition the doors leading out to the pool have extra child alarms fitted, which sound each time the doors are opened.
Other Info	We have a coded door lock so no need to collect keys from anywhere on arrival and a reliable, friendly Management Company located just around the corner, who are available for any assistance you may need during your stay.

Amenities

The villa also offers FREE phone calls and Wi-Fi internet access (just bring your own laptop.) Silver Creek is situated in a tranquil setting even though it is only 15 minutes from Disney and other Orlando attractions. The development is managed by a Home Owners Association who ensure the community is maintained to a very high standard including all lawn and landscape maintenance. There is also a Children's Playground which was recently completed.

Activities

For golfers we have approx. 20 golf courses within a 10 mile radius and lots of opportunities for fishing as both Gulf and Atlantic coasts are approx. an hour away. Fishing is also available close by.

Attractions

Silver Creek is a 15 minute drive to Disney and about 25/35 minutes to Univeral Studios and Sea World. Lake Louisa State Park is only 5 miles away on Hwy 27 and is well worth a visit for a family day out .

Shopping/Dining

Numerous restaurants to suit every taste are situated on both Hwy 192 and Hwy 27 and at the new location of Cagan Crossings which is only 5 mins away. The Premium Outlets and shopping malls are also easily accessed from Silver Creek.

Minimum stay is 6 nights and a cleaning charge of $105 is added to any booking of less than 7 nights.

Pool Heating is available @ £15/$25 per day or £100/$160 per week
