Booking Notes
Bookings are held for 3 working days until receipt of deposit (20%). The final balance plus a security deposit of £250/$463 is due 12 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.
Bookings of less than one week are by agreement only.
Rental Rates
Rates are fully inclusive of Florida taxes. Pool/spa heating is an optional extra.
