The villa features a large pool deck and shaded lanai, a private heated swimming pool and separate hot tub with a spacious open aspect to the rear of the property.
The garage has been partly converted to a very well equipped games room featuring a brand new Pirates of the Caribbean pinball machine, pool table, table soccer (foosball) table and a Playstation 2 video games console with games.
Exit 55 of the I4 is only a 5 minutes drive away providing easy access to all the Orlando Area attractions including Walt Disney World which is only 15 minutes away.
For golf enthusiasts there are several champinship standard courses within a few minutes drive including Highland Ridge, ChampionsGate and Reunion.
Local amenities are plentiful with two Publix Supermarkets and Walgreens Pharmicies 5 minutes drive away along with numerous shops and restaurants.

Attractions
Orlando is the theme-park capital of the world! Walt Disney World maingate is a 12 minute drive away. Universal Studios and SeaWorld are 25 minutes drive. Driving to all the parks is easily accomplished via the I4 (exit 55) which is only 5 minutes drive away.
Shopping/Dining
Locally there are numerous shops including two Publix supermarket complexes. Plenty of well known restaurants are also located nearby. All the facilities of Highway 192 are also a short drive away.Further afield (via the I4)are several huge shopping malls including the Mall at MIllenia, The Florida Mall and Premium Outlets.

Prices include Florida taxes and hot tub heat. Pool heat is an optional extra, £110 / $175 / Euro130 per week.
Non Refundable 10% Deposit of £200/$300/EUR150 required at time of booking.
Final balance due 8 weeks before rental period starts along with a refundable security deposit of £200/$300/EUR200
