Our luxurious and beautiful Florida villa, SILVER PALMS at SOLANA VACATION RESORT would be just perfect for you and your family to spend that magical time together. Ideal for one or two families holidaying together with two en-suite master bedrooms and three further twin bedrooms providing comfortable spacious accommodation for ten people. This, coupled with a great open-plan family area and breakfast nook, large heated swimming pool with extended decking and a games room means there is space for the whole family to relax and enjoy their Florida vacation.

At Silver Palms Villa the fun doesn't have to stop when you get home from Disney World, Sea world, the Florida beaches or other attractions

You can socialise at the beautiful state of the art 4,000 sq ft Solana Resort Clubhouse and take advantage of all the amenities and activities only 200 yards from the villa.

Features

Lounge	Cathedral ceilings give our villa a light and airy ambiance. The family room, kitchen & breakfast nook are all one big open area and is beautifully furnished. We have a fantastic 52 inch high definition TV connected to multi-channel cable plus a DVD.
Dining Room	For more formal family dining you can move into our elegant dining area which is tastefully furnished with a dining table and chairs. Set & ready for you to enjoy.
Bedroom 1	The spacious Master Bedroom is furnished with a queen bed with matching furniture and lamps, a walk in closet and 27 inch TV connected to multi-channel cable. The private bathroom is equipped with a large walk in shower,and separate bath.
Bedroom 2	Our 2nd Master Bedroom again with its own ensuite bathroom, plus hairdryer and is furnished with a queen size bed, matching furniture, large closet and a TV connected to multi-channel cable.
Bedroom 3	The Red Bedroom has shared bathroom facilities and is furnished with twin beds, matching furniture, large closet and TV connected to multi-channel cable - plus an Xbox and a great choice of games. (So my son tells me!)
Bedroom 4	The Green Bedroom has shared bathroom facilities and is furnished with twin beds, matching furniture, large closet.
Bedroom 5	The pretty Lilac Bedroom is ideal for your little princess, has shared bathroom facilities and is furnished with twin beds, matching furniture and large closet.
Bathrooms	2 ensuite bathrooms and 1 family bathroom.
Kitchen	The modern spacious kitchen & breakfast nook is very much at the hub of the home. It is very well equipped with a large American style stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. In fact everything needed for making a snack or a gourmet dinner
Utility Room	The separate laundry area is fitted with a washer & tumble drier and there is an iron and ironing board for your convenience.
Games Room	Continue the fun after a hard day at the parks, playing pool or table football (fuse ball) in our games room.
Pool	Our large private heated swimming pool has underwater lighting and a huge extended deck, west facing so you can sit, relax and enjoy a cool drink watching the beautiful Florida sunsets. We have a child safety guard and our patio doors are alarmed.

Stay two weeks in low season and receive a 10 % discount. Prices are FULLY INCLUSIVE of all Florida taxes, cleaning and Solana Vacation Resort Club facilities. A fully refundable security deposit will be required.
