offers.It takes just 10 minutes to drive down the I4 to Disney Main Gate with the Gulf Coast and
Busch Gardens reachable within the hour. A real home from home with everything you need to
make your family vacation very special.
The villa has two master suites (one on the ground floor) with two further twin rooms - one with a
Winnie the Pooh theme. There are 3 full bath rooms, a downstairs cloak room and a pool side
cabana.
The main living area boasts a 42" screen LCD TV with digital cable, a dvd player (with selection of
DVDs) and a PS2 with games. There are books and games for all ages to enjoy.
A high speed internet point is provided - all you need is your lap top. You can also phone home for
free - all phone calls including international calls are included in your rental price.
The kitchen has a full range of appliances and there is a washer and dryer in the utility area.
The games room boasts a full sized pool table, table tennis, a basket ball game, air hockey and
electronic darts.
Outside enjoy our 35ft pool and family sized spa with a large lanai perfect for al fresco dining. There
are plenty of sun loungers and our pool faces west giving you Florida sunshine all day long. Our
beautiful landscaping can be viewed on our photographs.
Full linen is provided including pool towels.

Discounts may be available for late bookings and longer bookings – please enquire.
A deposit of £150 ($150) per booking is required to reserve. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to
your arrival date. If booking within 10 weeks of your arrival date, payment is required in full.
A £300 ($500) security deposit is also due with your balance in the form of a cheque which is not
cashed but refunded within 28 days from your departure date providing no damage has occurred
to our home during your stay.
