Our wonderful 5 bed 3.5 bathroom villa on the new gated community of Tuscan Hills. Located only 15 minutes from Disney and free use of luxury club house, gymnasium, childrens play areas, volley ball and tennis courts.

The villa has been decorated to the highest possible standard and has some outstanding features not normally associated with a rental property. The villa is decorated in a Tuscan style with shades of terracotta, green and taupe. A touch of Italy in the heart of Florida.

Outdoors we have a large pool and spa with underwater multicolour lights. The lania area has outdoor dining furniture and ceiling fans. Perfect for alfresco eating. We have comfortable reclining chairs, just relax and top up that Florida tan.

A large pool table and foozeball game are features of the European Soccer themed games room.

Features

Family Room	The spacious family room features sumptuous sofas and is decorated in a traditional Tuscan style using rustic tones of green, stone and terracotta. Relax and watch a film from our collection of DVD's or take in a novel from the library of books.
Dining Room	Tuscan Hills View of Dining Room. When on holiday, we all like to sample the local cafes and restaurants, however, for those occasions when you prefer a family meal in, we have created this wonderful, formal dining area, complete with bright Tuscan style earthenware dishes and benefiting from views of the pool.
Bedroom 1	THE GRAND MASTER BEDROOM is decorated in an opulent style. The kingsized four poster is draped in gold covered fabrics. Sliding glass doors lead to a private patio with table and seats for 2. The ensuite has large bath tub and shower.
Bedroom 2	THE COUNTRY MASTER SUITE in complete contrast to the grand suite features roses and accents of the country. The king sized bed is covered with patchwork quilt, while the walls are adorned with roses and accents of the American Colonial era.
Bedroom 3	THE GREEN ROOM. This room has a queensized bed and features images of specemin flowers. with traditional wicker furniture and accessories which have been selected to compliment the tastful decor. An inviting space with comfort in mind.
Bedroom 4	DISNEY PRINCESS ROOM With twin beds and overhead drapes.This room is a little girls dream. A full accent wall features a Disney Castle Mural. Every accessory is Disney Princess including tv, chair, lamp, clock and chadelier.
Bedroom 5	MICKEY MOUSE ROOM. Another childrens themed room with twin beds. Mickey and Freinds wall murals and portraits decorate the walls. This colourful room also has Disney tv. clock and lamp. Childrens toys are provided to entertain our younger guests.
Bathrooms	The villa has a total of 3.5 bathrooms. 2 are ensuite with bathtubs and showers. The third bathroom is decorated with 'Ducks' Your kids will look forward to bath time. I promise!
Kitchen	The modern spacious kitchen is fitted with up to the minute appliances, including fridge freezer with ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric oven with hob and coffee maker. A washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are in a separate utility area. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar with stools.
Utility Room	We have washer and dryer, ironing board, iron and clother airer.
Games Room	A large pool table and air hockey game are features of the games room. The room is decorated with the emblems of European football teams. Boys and girls of all ages will enjoy spending time here.
Pool	Large screened pool and spa, both featuring underwater multi-coloured lights. The pool is child-friendly and has a security fence in place for your peace of mind. The spa, being shallow, offers an ideal play area for toddlers and small children. A lanai area with overhead lighting and ceiling fan, is complete with dining furniture. Perfect for alfresco eating or simply "chilling out" following a long day at the parks. The comfortable recliner chairs are just right for topping up that Florida tan
Other Info	We provide all linen and towels. Local phone calls are free and our management company are nearby should our geusts require assistance.

Guests have the use of a luxury club house, gymnasium, tennis courts, volley ball court and childrens play area. Disney is only 15 minutes away.

Attractions

Florida is famous for Walt Disney World and this is located just a 15 minute drive from Tuscan Hills. Sea World, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Centre are all within easy driving distance. The beach is just an hours distance away. You may not associate Florida with Flee Markets, but some of the biggest in the USA are a to be found locally. Now my favourite, the restaurants and shops. Sample some wondereful restaurants and visit the shopping malls for those great bargains

Shopping/Dining

The villa is located only 2 minutes from Berry Town Centre with restaurants, supermarkets and take aways and specialist shops. The 192 is only 5 mins away with numerous restaurants, shops and attractions. A 24 hour Walmart is only less than 5 minutes away. If your preferance is take away food or a la carte restaurants, this area has it all.
