This elite prestigious Bellair Beach home is built on the Watersong gated community in Davenport Florida overlooking a lake. With its peaceful surroundings of conservation, woodlands and lakes it?s the perfect location for any family vacation. This 6 bedroom villa which can sleep up to 14 people has a 14ft x 30ft pool and spa with extended decking overlooking the lake. This makes it very relaxing and invigorating to dine as the sun is setting, using the built in outdoor kitchen. Our home and pool area are fitted with music surround sound speakers in every room and intercoms to allow music to be played throughout the house and sleeping children to be monitored. Our home is tastefully furnished to a very high standard.

International drive and Kissimee 192 are also filled with many shops and resaurants all within 10 minutes drive.
