Our home is situated on the prestigious sub-division of Westridge on Hwy 27, a peaceful, well maintained and safe community about 15 minutes or so from Disney World with easy access to all other area attractions, shops, restaurants and golfing. This is no ordinary vacation property - this truly is a wonderful family home.

Bedroom 3	Fantastic colourful Kids Twin Bedded room with fun 'Mickey' TV for essential viewing of Disney Channel, Nickelodeon, etc along with plug-in games for the younger player. Toy chest filled with various games/toys.
Bathrooms	2 Full Bathrooms. One Master En-Suite and 2nd Bathroom. Both with bath/tub & showers. Toilet and vanities. Hairdryers provided in both.
Kitchen	Fully fitted & equipped with everything you would need! Includes cooker/oven/range, microwave,dishwaher, waste disposal unit, fridge & freezer with ice making machine. Coffee maker, toaster,kettle. Plastic wares for outdoor dining.

As guests of our home you will be entitled to make free use of the on-site Tennis Courts, Volleyball/Basketball Courts, Childrens Playground & community pool. We provide Tennis Racquets/Balls at the house. The centre is within walking distance from the house.

Shops & restaurants are within a 5 - 10 minute drive from the property. Menus of our favourite places are able to be viewed in our vacation manual which we keep updated for our guests - along with attraction suggestions.

Booking Notes

Deposit of £125/$200 (per week booked) required at time of Booking. Balance due 2 months before departure. Full amount required at time of Booking if within 10 weeks of departure. £200/$300 refundable security deposit.

Minimum stay is 7 nights.
