We call our Villa Paradise Found because for us it is a tranquil retreat after an exhausting day in the Theme Parks. It is located in a peaceful tree lined avenue in prestigious Chatham Park, a quiet, part residential community with on site security. It is perfectly situated for quick and easy access to all the major attractions with The Magic Kingdom being just a 7 minute drive away, so you really are So Close To Disney.
It also has the added advantage of being just minutes from the shops, restaurants and
attractions of Highway 192 and 5 minutes from several high quality
golf courses plus the convenience of free Wifi.

Features

Lounge	The main lounge area is located at the front of the house and has two large sofas one of which converts into a bed settee for additional guests.
Family Room	The Family Room overlooks the beautiful pool area,this has a cosy and welcoming atmosphere, here you can relax on the comfortable sofas and watch cable TV or DVD's or listen to music from the CD player.
Dining Room	The Dining Room has seating for six people and adjoins the lounge.
Bedroom 1	Our spacious Master Bedroom has an Ensuite, a dressing area and a large walk in closet, it also has cable TV, telephone and a ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2	Our second bedroom has two single beds, ceiling fan and a large closet, it is decorated in a Disney theme for the children or young at heart in your group. This bedroom shares the main bathroom.
Bedroom 3	Bedroom three is themed on Seaworld and has a very tranquil feel to it, there is also a large closet, ceiling fan and shared use of the main bathroom.
Bathrooms	Both the Ensuite and the family bathroom feature bath, shower and wc. the Ensuite has the added advantage of a dressing area where there is a vanity unit.
Kitchen	Our superbly equipped kitchen is open plan and includes a microwave, cooker, fridge, with built in ice maker, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, etc. Included in the kitchen is a breakfast nook, with table and chairs.
Utility Room	A washing machine and drier along with an iron and ironing board are located in the integral double garage
Pool	Our attractive screened pool is approx. 27" x 12", it is beautifully finished and can be lit at night. The spacious pool deck area includes sun loungers and pool accessories. It also includes the Lanai for dining al fresco

Attractions

As well as the Disney Theme Parks, Universal Studios, Seaworld and Discovery Cove there is a host of other things to do in the local area. Horse riding, Air boats,Petting Zoo, Alligator Farm, Golf, Fishing, Flying or just lying in the sun relaxing, after all this is your well earned vacation.

Shopping/Dining

US 192 is just 2-3 minutes in the car, here you will find more restaurants than you could hope to visit if you stayed for a month, from fast food to a la carte it's all on your doorstep.
