Family Room Family room is a huge room open plan with the kitchen and informal dinning area. has 2 sets of doors which lead directly onto the massive extended pool deck. The family room is home to the 50 inch Plasma TV and has large sectional lazy boy seating.
Dining Room There are 2 dinning areas. The formal dinning area has seating for 8 while the informal dinning area has seating for 6.

Pool Pool Spa, 4 Sunbed/loungers, 2 tables, 8 chairs, 2 reclining chairs and footstools, costume dryer, pool blanket and gas BBQ. The controls for the spa are inside the pool screen. The pool and spa can be heated cost £125 per week

Rental Rates

The rates are inclusive of Florida taxes. Pool heating is extra. Booking can be made online and payment can be made bu any major debit or credit card.
